can you tell me the steps after I've downloaded it? I don't get what to do after downloading the file

go in the files of ultrakill, and throw the unzipped file in "Saves", and rename it in "Slot2" if you have your progress

it keeps on saying "winrar can only add files to rar or zip archives" What do I do now?
